Juanita B was fantastic very very polite, after traveling with greyhound for the last two weeks she was a delightful treat Even though our encounter only last mere seconds her kind demener stuck with me for the rest of my travels, Thank you Juanita you have no idea what your kindness meant to me. Please keep being you! The world could learn a thing or two from YOU!
Not open during Amtrak working hours. 30 minutes before the AM departure. Tried calling, no one picks up phone
I ordered a cheeseburger combo. The burger was hot and well seasoned. The fries were piping hot. They were made to order. The fountain sodas were out of service, so a bottled beverage was substituted. The young man was very polite and did inform us he was the only one there. Eventually someone came to help and we received our food quicker. The prices were a bit high. If they weren't, it's possible they would get more profitable business. Thanks for a good experience.
Food was not to tasty at all. Would not recommend getting food from here not the chicken and waffles especially.
Fresh burger made to order. Well cooked- worth the wait, when is only choice in station was glad to have it- bbq burger with onion ring+ fries/drink was $17
I waited at the counter for 10 minutes just trying to get a cup of ice. There was a man on the phone that walked past the front were I could see him but he didn't acknowledge me or ask me to wait a moment until he finished his call. Then a lady came from the back area, looked at me and kept doing whatever it was she was doing. A man in the lobby yelled back to her that I was waiting and she yelled back "We are closed!" As she proceeded to walk to the front with a evil grin, I walked away. I think the customer service there is horrible and the employees are very rude. It was very hot outside, over 100° with the heat index and all I was trying to get was a cup of ice.
Decent deli considering the busy location. Quick in and out if you want something for a quick fill up on the go. Decent choices. Great prices. Great tastes. Clean place. Good staff.
First off let me say this is not a greyhound restaurant that you might see in Dallas or Memphis this is privately owned and the prices reflect it. I was not particularly fond of the breakfast bowl with potatoes.
